PriyaRohanTherapy.com™

Operated by PRAKRITILAYA LIFESTYLE DEVELOPMENT CONSULTING

Economic Licence No. CN-6631085

Effective Date: 16 October 2026

This agreement applies when you request, book, purchase, or participate in a consultation, Transformational Session, wellness service, hypnotherapy service, program, or related service offered through PriyaRohanTherapy.com™.

Please read it carefully before proceeding. By selecting “I Agree” and continuing with your booking or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted the provisions below.

1. Nature of Services

I understand that Dr. Priya Rohan may provide services including Integrative Mental Health Support, Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neurointegrative Wellness, Mind-Body Wellness Approaches, Lifestyle and Wellness Support, Behavioural Transformation, Consciousness-Based Personal Development, Guided Imagery, relaxation approaches, wellness technologies, and related personal-development and wellbeing services.

These services are intended to support areas such as personal development, emotional wellbeing, resilience, self-awareness, behavioural change, relaxation, lifestyle improvement, and overall wellbeing.

Participation is voluntary and individual experiences may vary.

2. Complementary and Wellness-Oriented Nature of Services

I understand that the services provided are integrative, complementary, educational, supportive, and wellness-oriented.

They are not represented as a substitute for appropriate medical, psychiatric, psychological, or emergency care where such care is required.

Nothing provided through PriyaRohanTherapy.com™ should be interpreted as medical diagnosis, psychiatric diagnosis, prescribing, emergency treatment, crisis intervention, or a direction to discontinue medication or treatment prescribed by another qualified healthcare professional.

Where I am receiving care from another professional, I remain responsible for maintaining appropriate contact with that professional.

Any decision regarding medication, diagnosis, medical treatment, psychiatric treatment, or other regulated healthcare intervention remains between me and the appropriately qualified professional responsible for that care.

3. Hypnotherapy, Guided Imagery and Transformational Work

I understand that Clinical Hypnotherapy, guided imagery, subconscious-focused techniques, regression-oriented exploration, future-progression exercises, relaxation practices, consciousness exploration, and related approaches are collaborative and experiential processes.

Individual responses differ and no specific experience or outcome can be guaranteed.

Any images, memories, impressions, narratives, symbols, sensations, or experiences arising during imagery, regression, or consciousness-based work are subjective experiences. They should not automatically be interpreted as verified historical facts, medical evidence, scientific proof, legal evidence, or prediction of future events.

I understand that payment is for professional time, expertise, and the service provided rather than for a guaranteed outcome.

4. Personal Responsibility

I understand that I remain responsible for my personal choices, decisions, behaviour, actions, interpretations, lifestyle choices, and application of information discussed during or after sessions.

I understand that wellbeing and behavioural change may require my active participation and continued effort.

No particular emotional, behavioural, personal-development, relationship, performance, or wellbeing outcome is promised or guaranteed.

5. Information Requested During Website Booking

The online booking process is intentionally designed to collect only limited information required for identification, communication, appointment administration, and payment-related purposes.

The information requested through the standard booking process is limited to:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Email address
  • Telephone number
  • Appointment and transaction information generated in connection with the booking

The ordinary website booking form is not intended to function as a medical-record system or health-record submission portal.

I understand that I should not place detailed medical, psychiatric, psychological, diagnostic, medication, treatment, laboratory, prescription, or other health-record information into ordinary booking, payment, registration, or general website fields.

I should not upload medical reports, prescriptions, laboratory results, diagnostic reports, treatment records, or similar documents through an ordinary website field unless a separate process specifically requests them and explains how that information will be handled.

6. Information Voluntarily Discussed During Services

During a consultation or Transformational Session, I may choose to discuss personal circumstances, emotions, experiences, lifestyle matters, wellbeing concerns, goals, or other information relevant to the service.

Information voluntarily discussed during a private session is distinct from the limited information collected through the ordinary website booking form.

My acceptance of this agreement does not provide unlimited permission to collect, use, disclose, publish, commercialise, or distribute personal information that I may disclose during a session.

Information will be handled according to the purpose for which it is reasonably required and subject to applicable confidentiality and privacy obligations.

7. Data Minimisation

PriyaRohanTherapy.com™ follows a data-minimisation approach.

Only information reasonably necessary for legitimate purposes connected with the service should be requested or processed.

Website information may be used as reasonably necessary to:

  • manage appointments; identify the person making a booking; provide booking confirmations and reminders; communicate regarding an appointment; process or reconcile payment; administer requested services; respond to enquiries; maintain security; prevent misuse or fraud; maintain necessary transaction or administrative records; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

Information will not be intentionally collected merely because it may potentially be useful at a later date.

8. Third-Party Technology and Service Providers

I understand that operation of an online service may involve third-party technology providers performing functions such as:

  • website hosting, online booking, payment processing, email delivery, appointment reminders, video communication, security, website maintenance, analytics, and technical support.

Such providers may receive or process information reasonably necessary for the particular function they perform.

Use of a third-party service does not constitute permission for unrestricted use of my personal information.

Where applicable, such providers operate subject to their own contractual, privacy, confidentiality, and security requirements.

9. Payment Processing

Payments may be processed through an external payment service provider.

PriyaRohanTherapy.com™ does not intentionally retain full payment-card numbers, security codes, or complete banking credentials on its own website where those details are entered directly into a payment provider's payment environment.

Payment providers process payment-related information according to their applicable terms, privacy notices, and security practices.

10. Electronic Communications

I understand that booking confirmations, appointment reminders, administrative communications, payment confirmations, rescheduling notices, and other service-related messages may be sent electronically using the contact details I provide.

Service-related communications are different from promotional or marketing communications.

Where marketing consent is required, it should be requested separately and should not be treated as a mandatory condition of obtaining the booked service unless legally permissible.

11. Online Sessions

Services may be delivered through an internet-based video or communication platform.

Reasonable measures may be used to protect privacy and confidentiality; however, no internet transmission, email service, communication platform, or electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

I am responsible for selecting a reasonably private environment for my session and for protecting access to my own devices, email accounts, passwords, and communication systems.

12. Confidentiality

Information disclosed during a private service relationship will ordinarily be treated as confidential.

Confidentiality may be limited where disclosure is required or permitted by applicable law, including circumstances involving:

  • Serious risk of harm to self
  • Serious risk of harm to another person
  • Safeguarding concerns relating to a child or vulnerable person
  • Valid legal or court requirements
  • Other circumstances where disclosure is legally required

Where disclosure becomes necessary, reasonable efforts should be made to limit disclosure to information relevant to the applicable purpose.

13. Professional Consultation and De-identified Discussion

Where reasonably necessary and legally permissible, professional matters may be discussed for supervision, professional consultation, training, or quality-improvement purposes.

Where such discussion occurs, unnecessary identifying information should be excluded or minimised wherever reasonably practicable.

Acceptance of this consent does not constitute consent for publication of my identity, photograph, personal story, case history, or testimonial.

Separate permission will be obtained where identifiable information is proposed to be used publicly.

14. Recording of Sessions

Sessions must not be audio-recorded, video-recorded, photographed, streamed, or otherwise reproduced by either party without prior agreement and appropriate consent.

Electronic acceptance of this agreement does not itself constitute permission to record a session.

15. Intellectual Property

Materials supplied in connection with services, including written materials, audio resources, hypnosis recordings, guided exercises, meditations, educational resources, PDFs, programs, frameworks, presentations, videos, and other original materials, remain protected intellectual property unless expressly stated otherwise.

They are provided for personal use and may not be commercially reproduced, copied, sold, published, redistributed, uploaded, broadcast, or shared publicly without appropriate permission.

16. Emergency Situations

PriyaRohanTherapy.com™ does not provide emergency or crisis-response services.

If I experience a medical emergency, psychiatric emergency, suicidal thoughts, immediate risk of self-harm, risk of serious harm to another person, or another situation requiring urgent intervention, I understand that I should contact the appropriate emergency services, crisis service, treating physician, psychiatrist, or other qualified emergency healthcare provider available to me.

I understand that email, website messages, appointment requests, ordinary electronic communications, or a future scheduled session should not be relied upon for emergency assistance.

17. Appointment and Payment Terms

An appointment is reserved specifically for the support seeker once the applicable booking requirements have been completed.

Payment is required before the scheduled appointment unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed.

The applicable fee and any applicable tax or charge will be displayed or communicated as part of the booking/payment process.

I understand that cancellation or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice, missed appointments, or no-shows may result in the applicable session fee being retained or charged in accordance with the published booking policy.

Exceptions may be considered for genuine emergencies at the discretion of the service provider.

Payment for a completed service is not refundable solely because a particular outcome was not achieved.

18. No Guarantee of Results

Every individual's circumstances, responses, goals, participation, and experiences are different.

I understand that no representation, warranty, promise, or guarantee is made regarding any particular outcome.

Testimonials, reviews, case examples, or experiences of another person do not constitute a representation that I will experience the same result.

19. Right to Discontinue

I may choose to discontinue future participation in services.

Discontinuation does not automatically remove obligations relating to services already delivered, valid cancellation charges, completed transactions, or information that must legitimately be retained for administrative, accounting, security, dispute-resolution, or legal purposes.

Where processing is based specifically on consent, withdrawal of consent does not invalidate lawful processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

20. Retention and Security

Reasonable organisational, administrative, and technical measures may be used to protect personal information against inappropriate access, misuse, disclosure, alteration, or loss.

Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it is processed or for a period required or permitted by applicable legal, accounting, administrative, security, or dispute-resolution requirements.

Where information no longer needs to be retained, it may be deleted, securely disposed of, or anonymised where appropriate.

No electronic system can provide an absolute guarantee against every possible security incident.

21. Privacy Rights

Depending upon the applicable law and circumstances, individuals may have rights relating to their personal information, including requesting access to information held about them, requesting correction of inaccurate information, requesting deletion where applicable, objecting to or requesting restriction of certain processing, or withdrawing consent where processing specifically depends upon consent.

Requests may be submitted using the contact method published on PriyaRohanTherapy.com™.

The exercise of a privacy right remains subject to applicable legal requirements and exemptions.

22. Support Seekers Under 18

Individuals under the age of 18 should not independently book services where parental or legal-guardian authorisation is required.

Appropriate parent or legal-guardian consent must be obtained before services are provided to a minor where required.

Additional consent arrangements may apply to services involving a minor.

23. Website Policies

This consent should be read together with the current:

  • Privacy Policy
  • Terms and Conditions
  • Website Disclaimer
  • Cancellation and Refund Policy, where applicable

published through PriyaRohanTherapy.com™.

Where a mandatory provision of applicable law provides a right that cannot legally be excluded or waived by contract, nothing in this agreement is intended to remove that right.

By selecting “I Agree” and proceeding with my appointment booking and/or payment, I confirm that:

  • I have read and understood this agreement.
  • I understand the nature and limitations of the services offered.
  • I understand that no specific outcome has been guaranteed.
  • I understand that these services do not replace medical, psychiatric, psychological, or emergency care where such care is required.
  • I understand that the standard website booking process is designed to collect basic identification, contact, appointment, and transaction information and is not intended for submission of detailed medical or health records.
  • I understand that I should not enter or upload detailed medical or health records into ordinary website booking or payment fields.
  • I consent to the processing of the information necessary to administer the service I have requested.
  • I understand the confidentiality provisions and their lawful limitations.
  • I understand the applicable booking, cancellation, payment, and online-session conditions.
  • I confirm that I am providing this consent voluntarily.
  • I agree to proceed with the selected service.

My electronic acceptance may be recorded with the date, time, and version of this agreement accepted as evidence of my acknowledgement and consent.
